Gallery 1003 - Inverewe Gardens, Wester Ross
Inverewe Gardens is located on the shores of Loch Ewe in Wester Ross. Favoured by the warm waters of the Gulf Stream plants are able to survive here much farther north than would otherwise be possible. Despite its relatively small size, the gardens appear much bigger than they really are due to the clever design and use of space. The images were all taken during a single visit and give an idea of the wide range of colours and textures to be discovered.
