Gallery 1045 - Steam in China - Changchun, Jilin Province

The important city of Changchun in northern China was host to a busy railway junction. Apart from important long-distaance passenger trains all traffic was in the hands of a large fleet of well maintained steam locomotives. The images in this essay were all taken on a single cold day in March.
